The Collaborative launches Case Study

November 27, 2012

MHTA – The Collaborative is launching a new series, The Collaborative Case Study, which will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012. The program will dive into “The SPS Commerce Story.”

The Collaborative Case Study format touches on the range of issues usually addressed at topic-specific Collaborative programs, elaborating on how one successful company handled them throughout its growth.

The discussion will include how the SPS strategy was developed; how, when and why the company raised various forms of financing; how the company has recruited and compensated key management; and what the future holds.

Attendees will hear from those who built SPS Commerce and helped along the way, including:

  • CEO: Archie Black, SPS Commerce
  • Investor: Michael Gorman, Split Rock Partners
  • CFO: Kim Nelson, SPS Commerce
  • Advisor: Andrew Humphrey, Faegre Baker Daniels
  • Moderator: Dan Carr, The Collaborative

The December gathering is a free event for members.
