She also works with a local distance learning college, critiquing resumes and participating in online chat sessions on career planning. Penny has a B.S. in business, with a concentration in human resources management from Empire State College (SUNY) in Saratoga Springs, New York. She also earned a Master's degree in education, with a concentration in counseling from The College of St. Rose in Albany, NY
