MHTA — MHTA president & CEO, Margaret Anderson Kelliher, will lead a delegation of MHTA members to Washington, DC on February 13-14, 2018 to meet with members of Minnesota’s congressional delegation. The DC Fly-in is part of an advocacy effort by our national partner, CompTIA, and the Technology Councils of North America (TECNA).
The MHTA Delegation will be a part of the annual D.C. Fly-In, which will consist of nearly 100 executives of small and medium sized technology companies and leaders of state technology associations from across the country. This will be an opportunity to speak with Members of Congress not only on behalf of individual localities and interests, but the national technology agenda as well.
In addition, you will get the opportunity to participate in the highly-rated Tech Policy Summit featuring key government and industry officials, attend the Tech Policy Awards Dinner honoring leaders who are pro-IT growth and innovation, and learn from the Capitol Hill Speaker Series during which Members of Congress speak to their tech agenda.
CompTIA’s Public Advocacy department champions member-driven business and IT advocacy priorities that impact the entire continuum of information technology companies – from small IT service providers and software developers to large equipment manufacturers and communications service providers.
