March 13 | 4:30 pm | Golden Valley —

Please join us for the first WLiT event of 2018 as we explore The Secrets to a Successful Mentoring Partnership.

Start the New Year right by learning the secrets to a successful mentoring partnership! Our featured presenter, Stacy Richards with Menttium, the global leader in formal mentoring programs (and a local, woman-owned business), will present an impactful session on creating and sustaining a successful mentoring partnership.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn what formal mentoring really is and how you can prepare yourself to be a great mentee or mentor
  • Work on strategies for developing trust and defining development goals for your mentoring partnership
  • Take away tools and strategies for maintaining momentum in your mentoring partnership and giving/receiving feedback effectively

About Menttium
For 27 years, Menttium has provided accelerated leadership development through the matching of key talent with seasoned business leaders in structured mentoring partnerships. Menttium’s programs positively impact retention, employee engagement, working relationships, job performance, confidence, and leadership skills.

About Our Presenter, Stacy Richards

Stacy is SVP, Business Development for Menttium. She started her career as a litigation attorney before joining Thomson Reuters in 1999 as an account representative for the Westlaw product. Stacy spent 15 years in various sales, account management and leadership roles at TR, including heading up the law school business for four years. After participating in Menttium’s Mentoring Circles program at TR as a mentee, mentor, and then facilitator, Stacy fell in love with the mission of providing formal mentoring for professionals and joined Menttium in early 2016.

Women Leading in Technology (WLiT) is a program of the Minnesota High Tech Association that works to promote, educate and empower women in technology across Minnesota.
