Please join Women Leading in Technology on Tuesday, February 12, for our first event of 2019:
Creating Sustainable Work-Life Harmony
Join us for an interactive session led by Dr. Solveig Brown as she shares key building blocks for creating a sustainable work-life harmony. Participants will hear the latest research on what contributes to work-life stress and learn simple techniques to minimize the impact of stress triggers. In this session, Solveig will offer proven strategies to:
- Enhance time management,
- Create mental closure at the end of each work day, and
- Establish empowering thought patterns.
You’ll complete an exercise to look at “everything on your plate” and establish an action plan of one or two things you can begin doing immediately to create a work-life harmony plan that enhances your happiness, productivity, and well-being. We look forward to seeing you then!
