Lunch & Learn | Entrepreneurship meets Project Management

January 18 | 11:30 am | Minneapolis —

Introduction of new innovations to the market place is complicated and risky. Entrepreneurship is also not straight forward. Usually millions are invested with the hope that results are realized. Many Venture Capital firms play the numbers hoping one of their investments is a home run.

How do we reduce the risk of a venture using project management principles? The two areas mimic each other very closely. In this session, Kenneth Anderson, Aliqon Consulting, will review some of the tools for project management and discuss how they can impact new technology commercialization.

Aliqon Consulting is a management consulting firm focused on the space from product development to market entry. We specialize in innovation commercialization. Whether it is the science of business or the business of science, we love it. Science drives inquisitive minds and asks technical and nuanced questions. Whether it is one of the core sciences such as chemistry, biology, physics, or soft sciences like psychology, sociology, or anything in between, we love science.
