January 22 —

MHTA’s Bi-Annual Legislative Reception provides an opportunity to connect Minnesota’s science and technology community with our state’s elected officials and executive staff. Members from both political parties and bodies of the Legislature, along with the Executive Branch, attend this reception and the event showcases the important role that innovation has played – and continues to play – in Minnesota’s economy. Invitations will go out to the new governor, key administration staff members and commissioners, and all members of the legislature, including new House members.

The site for this year’s reception will be Osborn370, the former Ecolab building, now Saint Paul’s newest business hub for business leaders, influencers, risk-takers, and connectors. Its forward-looking space is built with the entrepreneur in mind and is situated in an incredibly vibrant urban location. Osborn370 has the highest concentration of innovation businesses in the East Metro and features an  active and collaborative work environment.
