MHTA — Code42 was recently awarded a gold Stevie® Award in the “Innovation in Customer Service – Computer Industries” category, marking the second year in a row the Stevie Awards recognized Code42’s outstanding customer service.
The Stevie Award recognizes the efforts of Code42’s Customer Experience team. Comprised of quality assurance, documentation and Customer Champion support professionals, the team supports the more than 36,000 business customers of Code42’s data security solutions: CrashPlan enterprise endpoint backup and SharePlan enterprise file sync/share.
