MHTA – Benefits have become a key factor for both employees and employers. Employees carefully consider them as they weigh job opportunities, while companies want to hold the line on increased costs. RJ Ahmann has teamed up with a national actuarial firm to help MHTA members determine whether their benefits are competitive.
RJ Ahmann is an Affinity Program partner that offers MHTA members discounted group rates on life, short and long-term disability insurance, as well as dental coverage. Its benchmarking survey is provided free to MHTA members through Milliman, which is among the world’s largest independent actuarial and consulting firms.
All survey responses are confidential and will not be shared outside of organizations without permission. The results are prepared on an aggregate basis so information will not be individually identifiable.
RJ Ahmann representatives say the survey will take about a half hour to complete. The information is then confidentially shared with organization leaders to help them determine how their benefits stack up against other similarly sized and focused companies.
